Our innovative six-day course integrates the Montessori philosophy of care in ageing, disability and dementia with the practical skills required to provide quality care that enhances quality of life. We developed this course specifically for China to help aged care providers quickly build a skilled, confident workforce.

Developed by leading experts
This course was developed as a collaboration between Christina Harlamb (Director of Elder Care Excellence International and founder of Focus Care, Australia) and Anne Kelly, the world-renowned expert in Montessori for Dementia, Ageing and Disability. The course incorporates the Association Montessori Internationale (AMI) Montessori for Dementia, Disability and Ageing (MDDA) workshop—bringing international accreditation standards directly to participants.
